Someone dented my car door and they're trying to give me the run around. What can I do?

Yesterday I went into a store for 10 minutes and when I came out there was a big dent and a scratch in my car door. I was waiting for my girlfriend to come out of the store and the women that was driving the car that dented mine came out so I confronted her about it. Before she came out I had taken a bunch of pictures and got the license plate number. She claimed that she did not do it and I asked her to open her door and her door fit into the dent like a glove, I also took pictures of this. She claimed she did not have her insurance information becuase she was a nanny and the car she was driving belonged to the family that employed her. She gave me her driver's license and I copied down her name and Driver's License Number. I've tried calling her and left a message but she has not responded. Is there anything I can do at this point?
