Blessings at dinner time. Helpp!?

So every summer i fly down to my grandparents house with two of my cousins and every night at dinner they pick someone to say a blessing and at my house we never do that because we are all so busy we harldy sit down as a family so i always just day dear god thank you for this food amen, i dont know what else to say. What should i say?
