Husband claims i do nothing...advice?

so my husband and i got into a big fight, and im still feeling really hurt. my husband manages a restaurant (assistant manager) and i am a nanny to 3 month old twins. i work 10 hours a day, 5 days a week. i absolutely love my job, but its not what id call "easy". but apparently my husband would. also, he doesnt do ANYTHING around the house. i do the laundry the dishes, take care of our 4 pets, i balance the checkbook and pay the bills, and he goes to work and plays xbox when hes home. and i guess he thinks the house magically cares for itself? I also mow the lawn, wash the car, I mean I do it all. And our home is big, its an older victorian home and has 13 rooms that we are regularly in. It's a lot of work, and on top of that I have RA (rheumatoid arthritis) and I get 2 or 3 flare ups a week where it feels like my knees are on fire, but I still do it all. And to boot, I'm only 22 years old. Anyways during the fight he says I do nothing and when I bring up my job and the housework he says "the housework is a womans duty, and its not that difficult, and you play with babies all day how hard can it be?" how can i get my husband to see all that i do?
