Okay so this morning it was running fine, stopped a got alittle bit of gas, and then parked in my drive way on an incline. So went to start it less than two hours later and it wont stay running now. When it starts it runs very rouhg, and dies. If you press the gas, it dies. Almost acting like its not getting enough fuel. or like a spark plug wire was off. Pretty straight forward question but ill give you my info that i have got for you. So it doesnt seem to make too much of a difference on how much tabs i have open. Things that become almost impossible to work with are facebook and even typing in google gets very slow and hard. Its not my computer itself. I checked the processor (2.20 GHz) and RAM (4GB) and my internet is running at a nice 12mb/s. I checked google chrome task bar and biggest things are the browser (80000k) and Shockwave plugin (73000) but i watch youtube all the time. to be honest from a gaming perspective that PC needs replacing, i7 will be standard for "recommended requirements" in the next 6 months or so. I keep having snake dreams?

I know a lot of people have dreams with snakes. But it's like they are following me, I turn on the tv its about a snake, my friend leaves to another friends house and randomly holds a snake. I had a black one in my room the other day in the dream and woke up sweating. Then this morning I woke up from one where it was yellow and purple big mean looking one. The dream is becoming very vague, but someone did killed it then some lady I don't know put it around my dogs neck that i was walking and I'm frightened of snakes so I didn't touch it. Hi, I'm a non-live-in "nanny" in the Somerset/Hunterdon county area of NJ, I have worked for the same family for about 2 years. I put nanny in quotes because I feel I do so much more than what is required of a nanny. I run errands almost every day (even on my days off, or before coming into work) , I help the mother out in her office, I iron the family's clothes daily as well as some light housekeeping. The children I care for are between the ages of 12-14 (there are 3 of them), so it is less "babysitting" and more driving all over to accommodate their hectic schedules as well as help them with homework and anything else they need (despite their age they require a lot of attention). The family is usually very kind to me, and has basically accepted me as part of the family, however I am beginning to feel like a slave. I generally work a 10 hour day 5 days a week (except during school, when i work 4 days at up to 12 hours a day). I looked up the average pay for a nanny in my area and I am paid on the higher end of the average at $15 an hour, but I feel that I do so much more than what is required of my other "nanny-friends" who make around the same amount. Husband claims i do nothing...advice?

Other than that I suppose you live in Colorado right, because preference will be given to in-state, but there's still a good chance if your out of state. I guess the GPA is unweighted right, if its weighted they will look normally only at your unweighted. The AP's are good, you have good amount of community service, it won't make too much of a difference having your mom gone there, but some applications(not sure about boulder) have a section were it asks for family members attended. Your SAT is average, overall I would say you'll get in.

If the parents are paying for all that stuff as extra, then sure. But if you are using your pay to pay for it, then no that's way too much. You can just take them to the park, or to the library (which are free) if you need to take them somewhere. First day on the Au Pair job... HELPP?

So long story short, I started as a nanny today (I'm still in highschool) with this family of two boys and a 16 year old girl. Their dad just passed away, so I felt this tug at my heart to help. They live in a very unstructured environment, and are understandably a little confused as to how to behave. The mother came home and I said a quick goodbye but I know she saw the tears in my eyes, when I definitely just broke down on the way home. This is my entire summer, and I know everyone has walked out on this family, I don't want to add to that (the father killed himself), but its only my first day and I'm at my wits end....

I have a netbook, running slow. Should i upgrade the RAM? Or is it the processor the problem?

I don't exactly expect blazing fast speeds, it's a netbook after all. I actually run Ubuntu on it since Windows is a bit of a memory hog. But I'm wondering if upgrading the RAM from 1GB to 2GB will improve speed, or if the computer is too limited by the 1.66GHz processor? When I say "running slow" I mean things like sometimes I'm typing faster than the computer is willing to display the letters I type. Or the computer takes an eternity to open up a program. The exact model is an ASUS Eee PC 1018PB-BK801 with an Intel N450.

How is closing a toddler's bedroom door at night wrong?

There is nothing wrong with it. I am sure that their room is safe and I have yet to see a door that is sound proof from a childs cries. I honestly think it is safer then letting them wonder the house or even sneak out when you are busy doing something else. It is nearly impossible to watch a child every second of the day and this could help keep them contained in their own little safe area while you sleep at night or cook a meal or do a chore. I have 4 kids and they are all in bed at night, in their own beds, lights off, door shut and they are all safe, happy and healthy. Do whats right for your house, if you arent putting your children in harm, it is noone elses business! Good luck!

So, I have had depression and anger problems for a few years now, and I can't control it, I was taking therapy, and was on depression pills, and soon I got off them and Now it's back up again, Im depressed and get angry, and started back up again with making myself throw up, and get mad so easily, loosing my friends. I had a follow up appointment this morning for a sonogram. The woman who did the sonogram said my uterus is facing the back not the front like it should be and that my ovary looked like swiss cheese which mean that i haven't produced any eggs. I am assuming you live with your uncle since you havent stopped letting your son be around him. And with this new baby coming along you dont want to put it through this either. As far as the "causing family problems" part of your question, if your family really cared about you and your son, they should be on your side about this situation and would want you two away from him. Does your uncle act different towards your son when he is around your other family? If he acts the same way, I don't see why any of your other family members haven't said anything to him yet. I know my family would have defintely said something to my uncle if he treated my daughter that way.

Ok so today I was running around with the boys I nanny and ended up running into a wall, which hurt really bad. My 2nd toe got the blunt cause it is longer then the rest and now there is some pain. If your dog continues limping for 2-3 days, then he should go to the vet, but sometimes they just do that and then it goes away. You said your dog seemed happy and ate a treat. As long as your dog is eating normally and drinking normally and playing normally, I would not worry too much. Just try to give him a lot of extra attention. Try to think about him as a small toddler who would need lots of love and extra affection to get over the change that happened in your house. Changes like this make dogs anxious, just like they do people.

Actually you don't want a year supply of diapers because depending on how fast you child grows or depending on how your child pees, will depend on what kind of diapers will work the best. My son was in Pamper Swaddlers to begin with, then we moved on to Huggies because he was leaking out the Pampers Swaddlers because they got to little on him, the Huggies were the regular ones and I only used them because I had over 400, then we moved to Luvs because they were cheaper, then the gel beads started coming out of them so we switched back to Pampers Cruisers and so far no leaks. I would suggest you get a just a few packs of diapers and then buy more as you go along. Also you should probably buy your breast pump because you want to check out different ones and see which one you might like the best. I guess if you get some gift cards at your shower you could use them to buy it. You can get the year supply of wipes but you might want to tell them to get the hypo allergenic ones in case you little one is sensitive to the dyes and perfumes that are in them. You should register for lotions/shampoos, rash creams, bottles and pacis. Those can be expensive too and getting them at a shower is awesome. Also book, the jumperoo you should register for too. The carseat, convertible crib need to be bought new, because getting one second hand you never know if it has been in an accident or how old it is and both of those have expiration dates. Also you would need to check to see if they have been recalled. So register and then if you don't get them, then buy how you want but always first register for all the big stuff and see what you get and what you don't. 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 high then low idling issue?

I have a 2002 Dodge Ram 5.2L V8. Over the past 6 months my truck has had days where it will be at idle then the idle (rpm's) kick up then down low, up and down, especially frequent when just starting up but tends to happen anytime, just not everytime. I have heard the issue of a vacuum leak, whether that's the answer or not, but have no insight on how to fix the issue myself. Is this the problem? Also, I have had instances where I will be coasting down a steep grade road and place the truck in neutral and it will still out on me. Is this related? Any idea and steps to self-correct the issue is greatly appreciated.

whichever hass the most and the biggest fans lol. to game well you would need A LOT of power, thats why ur getting the 850 watt (btw that might be overkill since i got 750 watt and similar system OC'ed). When a part uses power it generates a lot of heat. My case has 2 fans in the front, a 120mm on top, another in the back and one on the side :P. More fans = better case. DO NOT GET THE MINI CASE!!! they are terrible, i know it looks cool having a small computer, but trust me, they have no airflow! U wat as much air going through your case as possible.

I am a Lutheran (LC-MS) and a former Catholic. While we don't believe that we are required to "go to confession" we do believe we need to confess our sins to God. Also we do have private confession with our pastor when and if we choose, but it's not required.

If Sony show it to be up to date then there have been no new drivers made for the lap top. What to do about my boss/roommate yelling at her kids all day everyday?

I work as a nanny to 3 kids, and one is very difficult with huge emotional and behavioral issues. I have received numerous compliments from friends and there family on the positive changes that have came about since i have been there nanny. They went through 6 nannies in 3 years, and i am the only one who has stayed and taken an invested roll in the girl, of which i have been told no one else could get along with her. Well my question is, part of my pay, which is i believe to be below minimum wage, is to live at the house, since the mother works 24 hours shifts. I do not make enough to pay to live anywhere else. Well the problem is that the mother yells at the kids all the time, almost 6 to 10 times a day, i hear her yelling, and it seems to always be right outside my bedroom door, or my window, at ground level. I "hide" in my room constantly when the mother is here, part to give them there space, and privacy, and part because i do not enjoy interaction with the mother, because she always asks me to work overtime without pay, and she is always in a bad mood. the yelling is so distracting, and starts as soon as the kids get home from school, or when the whole family gets home from going somewhere. I can barely get anything done, from work, paying bills, all the work people have to keep up on, (looking for a new job), my entire to do list. The family is on vacation this week and i have been so productive with getting stuff done, that i have realized just how bad her yelling is effecting my emotional well being, and productivity. I have tried working in my car, and to hot this time of year, and i go to the library which is the best alternative, but then need to go get food, etc, and end up spending money, and not getting alot done because of people talking, or loud kids at the library. i would appreciate some idea's as to what other people would do in this situation. I am looking for another job, but with this economy it is a bit of a slow process. I feel if my room and board are part of the pay, i should have a right to a peaceful environment, and not have to listen to all that yelling, of which it doesn't take to get the kids to behave, they do just fine, and i NEVER yell at them, so as to show them that isn't the only way to communicate. Also when there mother is here, all the kids yell alot also, and the girl screems all the time, and fights with her brothers, when im on duty and the mother is gone, non of the kids yell, or scream or fight. It is very peaceful when she isnt here, and when she is, you can tell the anxiety of the kids goes through the ceiling, as does mine. If i were to say something to her, what would be appropriate? Especially with a continual (weekly) effort of doing call out research on every single song you add into your rotation. You are wrong. Spoiled children come from all forms of families and it doesn't take a nanny and a working mother to ruin society for everyone else. I am really curious as to how overclocking works, but I am not as technical as many people are with computers. My HD videos always play with lag... the audio is fine but the video stops. How do you deal with a distracting person who showboats during a church sermon?

My somewhat conservative Baptist church has been getting kinda Pentecostal lately. We've got an attendee that has been really distracting and I believe is making the congregation uncomfortable (I know I am). The preacher doesn't seem to mind, but if it distracts us, how could it not him? This person yells "amen, hallelujah, preach on, good word" after almost everything the preacher says. It takes our attention off of the sermon and places it on her. What would you do? I consider myself open with our preacher, but this is such a tough situation because all praise should be loud, proud and to Jesus. Who are we to say anything at all? Ugh. Moral dilemma. Oh and I have approached the distracter and all she said was "when I feel it, I praise him!" I guess i wasnt clear enough. Thanks

Can I serve someone's known lawyer w/ small claims Judgement collection papers in another state?

I live in San Diego and won a small claims case against a woman in March but she left her job in San Diego (she is a traveling RN) and she changed her number, I only know her last known address although she was served the original papers at her work (she also never showed to the court hearing). She is from Virginia and I know that she has a lawyer there that actually represented her yesterday in a Virginia court and has been also dealing with a case dealing with her daughter, I want to know if I can legally serve her lawyer with the Judgment collection papers in Virginia and if he has a legal right of some sort to give them to her or notify her of them. I have tried asking Legal Aid in both states and they really have not helped. They have recommended that if I want my $2,500 for work that she never paid me for (I was a nanny for her daughter) that I need to hire a P.I. and the money spent on that will go into the Judgment as well. I also know that she has/had a joint bank account with her father and if there was a way that I could put a hold that account, if it still exists in her name and if not can I put a hold on her fathers account? I need that money....I'm a struggling college student and that money was well earned and then some! Someone please help me figure something out as far as collecting the money, if you know a pro-bono P.I., etc. Thank you!
