I have this nanny job that i really like.?

I live in Washington state, i been working for this two couple and they have two kids that are so cute,i was a nanny for them for 2 months they really like me i wanted to know if i can come back and work for them again, it is hard because both kids don't have school and the summer and there mom is a teacher so she stays with her boys in the summer time, that would mean that i will not have a job in the summer time. I am wanted to know if there is a company that will help you. like with medical things dental care and thing like that???? it would be like i be working for them. Sorry for my spelling at all
