When will Netflix Canada get things that say Unavailable ?

I'm from Canada as well, I think It's about licensing rights. When I joined 2 months ago, I got to watch 21 Jump Street episodes then they took them out. I'm not sure if the longer you are a member the more movies and shows become available.
